In relation to the Rover-tracking DEMO EVENT,

I hereby make the following declaration:

I accept, that in order to finalize my registration, and the Event organizer to accept my registry, I must do the following:

• The free Rover-tracking user registration,
• continuous use of the Rover-tracking application during my event rounds
• payment of the 5 € registration fee.

I accept that my participation will be finalized by the Event organizer after the succesful payment of the Event fee.

I declare that for the damage caused by me at and in connection with the event - especially, but not exclusively, e.g. in agricultural areas and vegetation, in other movable and immovable property belonging to third parties or other participants - the responsibility rests exclusively with me.

I declare that my participation in the event as a whole and in parts of it is voluntary, and my application and declaration of my intention to participate do not create any obligations for me. I declare that I make my decisions related to the event in an awareness of this responsibility, I acknowledge that the protection of my own devices, my vehicle and my personal safety and health in the event as a whole, on the designated tracks and in the open areas used in connection with it, - extended to the members of my team as well - the responsibility rests solely on me, the responsibility of the organizers is completely excluded.

I accept, that for the duration of this event, the Organizer uses the  Rover-tracking system and application for GPS tracking. The Application is available from Google PLay or the Apple PLay Store.

I accept the Rover-tracking Privacy and Cookie Policy.

I understand that in order to participate in the event, I must fill in my mandatory data in the Profile menu of the www.rover-tracking.com page. I expressly consent to the operator of the rover-tracking system for making the data listed here usable for the organizers of the competition: my name, nickname, email address, mobile phone number, portrait photo, car type, photo of my car, license plate number, billing information, and my bank account number (in case of a refund).

I understand that during the race the organizers and the organizing officials can view my GPS data and track without restriction, and that these tracks can be used to resolve any legal disputes.

I acknowledge and accept that when scoring the competition, the organizer evaluates it in the Rover-tracking system based on the GPS data from the application I run during the races. For this purpose, I continuously use the elements of the Rover-tracker system and the application during the races as described in the manual and in the competition briefing.

I understand that during the race, public viewers can find out my current position on the race website www.demo.rover-tracking.com with or without a delay set by the organizer, and my tracks made during the races will also be shown here afterwards.

I acknowledge that in the Rover-tracking system, the portrait photo I uploaded in the Profile menu, the photo of my car, and the introductory text I entered on the "About" interface is accessible to the public.
